We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administration Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our database systems to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement database policies and procedures to ensure data security and integrity
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure database systems are running efficiently
- Manage database backups and recovery processes
- Plan and implement upgrades and patches to database software
- Train and mentor junior database administrators
- Work closely with developers to optimize database queries and performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in database management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in database administration
- Proficiency in SQL and database management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry is a plus
