Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Operations Program Manager to join our growing healthcare organization in Dubai. The Database Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our database systems, ensuring optimal performance and security of all healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
- Manage and optimize database performance, including monitoring system health and resolving any issues that arise
- Plan and oversee database upgrades, migrations, and updates
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of database systems with other healthcare systems and applications
- Lead a team of database administrators and analysts, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies to minimize data loss in case of system failures
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in database management and recommend improvements to current systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in database management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and data management principles
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
