We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administration Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Database Administration Manager in the agriculture industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our database systems to ensure seamless operations and data security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database systems to meet the organization's needs and requirements.
- Manage and maintain the performance, integrity, and security of the databases.
- Develop data models and implement data standards and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
- Backup and restore data to prevent data loss in case of emergencies.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure database systems align with business objectives.
- Train and mentor junior database administrators to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Database Administration Manager or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Experience in database design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in database backup and recovery procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in database administration (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
- Experience working in the agriculture industry.
