We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of database operations within our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
- Manage and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Monitor database usage and performance metrics to identify and address any issues
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of database systems with other applications
- Oversee data backup and recovery processes to prevent data loss
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new database projects and enhancements
- Provide technical support and training to end users on database usage and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in database management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in database operations and management
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of education industry trends and requirements is a plus
