Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This unique position combines dental hygiene practices with the financial services sector, focusing on promoting oral health awareness and preventive care for our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of dental health, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth to maintain and improve oral hygiene for employees and clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' dental health, including reviewing medical histories and performing oral examinations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to develop and implement individualized oral health plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments and observations in compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technology.
- Assist in the development and execution of oral health awareness programs for employees and clients within the financial services sector.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice dental hygiene in the UAE.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental hygiene, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of current dental hygiene practices, procedures, and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of dental software and electronic health records.
