We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient records and update information as needed
- Process insurance claims and coordinate billing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred
