We are currently seeking a talented Desktop Publisher Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for design.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Desktop Publisher in creating and formatting marketing materials, packaging designs, and other visual content for print and digital platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives
- Prepare files for print production, including preflight checks and color corrections
- Maintain a library of design assets and templates for future use
- Assist with photo editing and retouching as needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and software updates to enhance design skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- [X] years of experience in desktop publishing or graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
