We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Development Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the development process for our retail projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for retail development in Abu Dhabi
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the development process, including site selection, design, permitting, construction, and leasing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, landlords, and contractors
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retail sector
- Lead negotiations with potential tenants and secure lease agreements for retail spaces
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing retail properties and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail development
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail development projects from inception to completion
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
