Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Admissions to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. As the Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admissions process for our healthcare facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive admissions and meet enrollment targets
- Oversee the admissions team, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless admissions process
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to admissions
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the admissions process
- Provide training and development opportunities for admissions staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new patients

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
