We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Services Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, as well as a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Disability Services Coordinator in developing and implementing programs and services for employees with disabilities
- Coordinate accommodations and support services for employees with disabilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with disabilities
- Provide guidance and support to employees with disabilities and their supervisors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful integration of individuals with disabilities into the workforce
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to disability services
- Stay up-to-date on laws and regulations related to disability services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- [X] years of experience in disability services or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to disability services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
