We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Services Coordinator Assistant based in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Disability Services Coordinator in ensuring that individuals with disabilities have access to the necessary resources and support within our pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Disability Services Coordinator in coordinating accommodations and support services for employees with disabilities
- Maintain accurate records of accommodations provided and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for employees and supervisors on disability awareness and accommodation procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accessibility and inclusion for individuals with disabilities
- Provide support to employees with disabilities in navigating resources and services within the organization
- Assist in organizing events and initiatives to promote disability awareness and inclusion within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of disability laws and regulations in the UAE
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
