Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher Assistant to join our dynamic telecommunications team in Ajman. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of service requests and field operations. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Dispatcher in coordinating and scheduling field service technicians for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across various customer locations.
- Monitor and track the status of service calls and ensure timely responses to client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and job completions in the dispatch system.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and other departments to relay important information regarding service requests and operational updates.
- Assist in prioritizing service calls based on urgency and customer needs, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Utilize company software and tools to input and retrieve data related to dispatch operations.
- Prepare and distribute daily schedules and reports for field technicians.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, providing timely resolutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Dispatcher to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall service efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and telecommunications technologies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in telecommunications or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch or administrative support role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions:

- This position is based in an office environment, with standard working hours. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on operational needs.
- Occasional travel may be necessary to assist with field operations or training sessions.
