We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diversity Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing diversity and inclusion programs within the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure diversity and inclusion efforts are integrated into all aspects of the organization
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on diversity and inclusion best practices
- Lead training sessions and workshops on diversity and inclusion topics
- Partner with HR and recruitment teams to ensure diverse candidate pools and inclusive hiring practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to diversity and inclusion

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in diversity and inclusion program management within the Information Technology industry
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion
