Job Description:

As the Diversity Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing diversity programs and initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies that promote diversity and inclusion across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values
- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and other departments to ensure diversity is integrated into all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Conduct regular diversity assessments and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with external organizations and stakeholders to promote diversity in the construction industry
- Provide training and resources to employees on diversity and inclusion best practices
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address any diversity-related concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to diversity and inclusion

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [5-8] years of experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of diversity issues and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully implementing diversity programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
