We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Divorce Lawyer to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, specifically in handling divorce cases, and will be able to provide expert legal advice and representation to clients going through the divorce process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in divorce proceedings, including negotiations, mediation, and litigation
- Provide legal advice and guidance on divorce laws and procedures in Dubai
- Draft and review legal documents, including divorce petitions, settlement agreements, and court filings
- Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and trials
- Manage case files and ensure all necessary documentation is filed and maintained accurately
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on changes to divorce laws and regulations in Dubai
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution; Master's degree is a plus
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai
- [X] years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on divorce cases
- Strong knowledge of divorce laws and procedures in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
