We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Drug Treatment Counselor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues in the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients to address their drug and alcohol addiction issues
- Develop treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide education and resources to clients and their families on addiction and recovery
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Stay current on trends and best practices in addiction treatment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

- Certification or licensure as a Drug Counselor or related certification preferred
- Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
