We are seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ESL students and a passion for education.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the ESL Teacher in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons to ESL students
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may be struggling with language comprehension
- Create educational materials and resources to enhance the learning experience for ESL students
- Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback to the ESL Teacher
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred
- Previous experience working as an ESL Teacher Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other educational technology tools
