Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Economic Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting economic research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations on real estate market trends and investments. The Economic Analyst will work closely with our team to develop forecasts, financial models, and reports to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct economic research and analysis on real estate market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and investment opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, financial models, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor economic indicators and data related to the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on market strategies and investments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate economics.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [3-5] years of experience in economic analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and economic indicators in Abu Dhabi.
