We are seeking a talented Editorial Director to join our team in Dubai, UAE, within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Editorial Director will be responsible for overseeing all editorial content related to our company's publications, websites, and other platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement editorial strategies to drive engagement and reach within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely content creation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure editorial content aligns with company goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and developments to inform content strategy
- Oversee the creation and publication of print and digital content, including articles, whitepapers, reports, and more
- Monitor and analyze content performance and engagement metrics to optimize editorial strategy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
