We are seeking a highly skilled Editorial Director to lead our healthcare-focused editorial team in Dubai. The Editorial Director will be responsible for overseeing all editorial content produced by our team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement editorial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators to produce engaging and informative healthcare content
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure content meets regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content development
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and social media engagement
- Oversee the editorial calendar and coordinate content production and publication schedules
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance to team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and tools to improve editorial processes and workflows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior editorial role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proven track record of managing editorial teams and projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
