Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Education Director to lead our educational initiatives in the financial services sector in Abu Dhabi. The Education Director will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Design and deliver training programs on various financial services topics, including banking, investments, insurance, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized educational solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and follow-up evaluations
- Manage a team of education professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and program coordinators
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial services education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and delivering educational programs in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the MENA region is preferred
