### Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Technologist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the intersection of electrophysiology and information technology. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the integration of advanced electrophysiology systems and technologies into clinical practices, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, including mapping systems, ablation devices, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure all devices are calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret electrophysiological data to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate electrophysiology systems with hospital information systems (HIS) and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to optimize functionality.
- Patient Interaction: Assist in patient preparations for electrophysiological procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns. Monitor patient vitals and comfort during procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control and assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in electrophysiology.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of electrophysiology technology and data management systems. Develop and update training materials as needed.
- Research and Development: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in electrophysiology and information technology. Contribute to research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
### Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Technology, or a related field. Certification in Electrophysiology Technology is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in electrophysiology, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting with exposure to information technology systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of electrophysiology equipment and information technology systems. Familiarity with data analysis software and EHR systems is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
