We are seeking an experienced Emergency Management Director to join our manufacturing facility in Sharjah. The Emergency Management Director will be responsible for developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans, coordinating response efforts during emergencies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive emergency preparedness plans for the manufacturing facility
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective response and recovery during emergencies
- Conduct regular emergency drills and training sessions to test and improve response capabilities
- Monitor and assess potential risks and hazards within the facility and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Maintain relationships with local emergency response agencies and participate in emergency response coordination efforts
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to emergency management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in emergency management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during high-pressure situations
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation preferred
