We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse Assistant to join our pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the emergency room nurses in providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist emergency room nurses in assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff
- Assist with minor medical procedures and wound care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the emergency room area
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during stressful situations

Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or relevant certification
- Valid nursing license in Dubai
- Previous experience working in an emergency room setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care techniques
