We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employment Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will assist the Employment Specialist in providing support to job seekers and employers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Employment Specialist in conducting intake interviews with job seekers to assess their skills and experience
- Help job seekers create or update resumes and cover letters
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to job seekers
- Assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment events
- Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job placements and client interactions
- Provide general administrative support to the Employment Specialist as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
