Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employment Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai's Information Technology sector. The successful candidate will support the Employment Specialist in managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment policies. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and have a keen interest in the rapidly evolving IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Employment Specialist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of candidate data.
- Coordinate and conduct pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of open positions.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT field.
- Maintain and organize employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring practices.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and online job portals is a plus.
