We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Manager to join our team in Ajman. As the Energy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy efficiency strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs within our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement energy management programs to optimize energy usage and reduce costs.
- Conduct energy audits to identify areas of improvement and implement energy-saving measures.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure energy efficiency measures are implemented effectively.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in energy management to continuously improve energy performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in energy management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of energy management systems and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
