We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Entertainment Manager Assistant based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment industry and a strong background in Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Entertainment Manager in organizing and coordinating entertainment events and activities
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of entertainment programs
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events
- Assist in budget management and cost tracking for entertainment projects
- Provide administrative support to the Entertainment Manager as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
