We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Compliance Specialist Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the Environmental Compliance Specialist in ensuring that our projects adhere to all relevant environmental regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting environmental assessments and audits for our real estate projects to identify potential risks and compliance issues
- Monitor and track environmental permits and approvals to ensure they are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with external consultants and agencies to obtain necessary environmental approvals and permits
- Help develop and implement environmental management plans for our projects
- Assist in conducting environmental training sessions for staff and contractors
- Participate in site inspections and investigations to assess environmental compliance
- Prepare reports and documentation related to environmental compliance for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on changes in environmental regulations and guidelines that may impact our projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- [Number of years] years of experience in environmental compliance or a related field
- Knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
