We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Environmental Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainable practices within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement environmental management plans and policies to minimize negative environmental impacts
- Monitor and track environmental performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote environmental sustainability practices
- Assist in the development of environmental sustainability initiatives and projects to reduce carbon footprint and waste generation
- Support the implementation of environmental management systems to achieve ISO 14001 certification

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Knowledge of local and international environmental regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
