We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Equipment Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of all equipment and tools used in our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of all equipment and tools used by our team.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and servicing of equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and any repairs or replacements made.
- Assist in the procurement of new equipment and tools as needed.
- Ensure that all equipment is stored and maintained in a safe and organized manner.
- Assist team members in the proper use and handling of equipment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
