We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operations Manager to oversee the equipment operations within our financial services company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment management, operations, and maintenance, as well as experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all equipment operations, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment parts and supplies
- Train and supervise equipment operations staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of equipment operations with overall business objectives
- Develop and manage budgets for equipment operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in equipment operations management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
