We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and operations, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, logistics, and audiovisual requirements
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Oversee onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and guest services
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
