We are seeking an experienced Event Program Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, with a focus on pharmaceutical industry events.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of pharmaceutical industry events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and product launches
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are within budget constraints
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and services
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Manage event registration processes and communications with participants
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events, making recommendations for improvement in future events
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
