We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Program Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our agricultural events and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistical details
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events
- Oversee event registration and ticketing processes
- Manage event staff and volunteers to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote events and attract attendees
- Analyze event data and feedback to continuously improve event operations and participant experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
