We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef Assistant to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Executive Chef Assistant will work closely with the Executive Chef to assist in overseeing all culinary operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in the development and implementation of new culinary initiatives and concepts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a culinary role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
