We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations at our construction site in Dubai. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all accommodations and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodations and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely turnover of accommodations and efficient handling of guest requests
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor and maintain budgetary goals for the housekeeping department
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a construction or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
