Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Executive Director to lead our operations in the consumer goods sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the organization, driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving financial performance goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of the consumer goods market and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the overall business strategy in alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, and adapt strategies to ensure competitive advantage in the consumer goods sector.

- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality product delivery.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management, production, and distribution to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
- Analyze financial statements and metrics to assess the organization's performance and make informed decisions.

- Team Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to staff, enhancing their skills and capabilities.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the company’s profile and network.

- Innovation and Product Development:
- Drive innovation in product development, ensuring that offerings meet consumer needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective branding and promotional strategies.

- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Identify potential risks to the organization and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years to 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the Middle East region.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis and market research.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
