We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Exhibition Designer Assistant to join our team in the financial services industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Exhibition Designer in creating innovative and visually appealing exhibition designs that align with the company's brand and messaging
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Assist in the production of design materials, including graphics, signage, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all design work
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of exhibition spaces, ensuring that all materials are displayed effectively
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in exhibition design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
