We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exhibition Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Exhibition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of retail exhibitions and events to showcase our products and engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all aspects of retail exhibitions, including concept development, design, layout, logistics, and installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop exhibition themes and content that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure successful execution of exhibitions.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for exhibitions, including cost analysis, tracking expenses, and managing invoices.
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive attendance and engagement at exhibitions.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of exhibitions through data analysis, attendee feedback, and key performance indicators.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance the exhibition experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in exhibition management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with exhibition software and tools.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and customer behavior to enhance exhibition strategies.
