### Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Experimental Physicist to join our dynamic team in Ajman, specializing in real estate applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in experimental physics, with a passion for applying scientific principles to enhance real estate development, sustainability, and smart building technologies.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Research & Development: Conduct experimental research to explore and develop new materials, technologies, and methods that can improve the efficiency, sustainability, and functionality of real estate projects.

- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret experimental results and provide actionable insights that inform project designs and development strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate innovative physical solutions into real estate projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies and materials to determine their applicability in real estate, including energy-efficient systems, smart materials, and sustainable construction practices.

- Project Management: Lead experimental projects from conception through execution, including planning, budgeting, and reporting findings to management and stakeholders.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, methodologies, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all experimental procedures adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

### Qualifications:

- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in experimental physics or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to apply scientific principles to real-world challenges in construction or building technologies.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory techniques and experimental design, with experience in data acquisition systems, computational modeling, and statistical analysis.

- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with simulation software, data analysis tools, and programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or similar.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to developing innovative solutions.
