We are seeking a talented and proactive Facilities Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repairs for all properties under management
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for facilities management
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports related to facilities management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all properties
- Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Manager as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field (minimum 2-5 years)
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
