We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Program Manager to join our team in Ajman within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the facilities management program to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management program that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives
- Manage facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and waste management
- Develop and monitor budgets for facilities management activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize facility needs and requirements
- Oversee the planning and execution of facility improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of facilities management activities to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
