Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our agricultural facilities in Abu Dhabi. The Facilities Management Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all buildings, equipment, and infrastructure on the agricultural site.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
- Manage and oversee maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and infrastructure
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Develop and manage the facility budget, including forecasting and cost control
- Oversee the procurement of supplies and equipment for facility maintenance
- Manage a team of facility maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
