We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Manager to oversee all aspects of facility management for our retail operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing facilities in a retail setting and will possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management program to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of all retail facilities.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of all retail locations to ensure they meet company standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services.
- Develop and manage facility budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise a team of facility management staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve facility operations and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
