Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Management Program Manager to join our team in Ajman, specializing in the financial services sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of facilities operations and maintenance programs, ensuring that our facilities provide a safe, efficient, and productive environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development and Oversight: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive facilities management program that aligns with our organizational goals and complies with industry regulations and standards.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and timely reporting of expenditures.

- Project Management: Lead and execute facilities projects, including renovations, relocations, and upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of facilities staff, including maintenance technicians, cleaners, and security personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets our quality standards.

- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

- Sustainability Initiatives: Promote and implement sustainability practices within the facilities, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmentally friendly operations.

- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conducting drills and training sessions to ensure readiness for potential crises.

- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to facilities management, providing regular updates to senior management on program effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and emergency management principles is a plus.
- Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) are highly regarded.
