We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our operations in the Transportation and Logistics industry based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing factory operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the factory operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in factory management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Experience in the Transportation and Logistics industry is preferred.
