Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney with a specialization in construction-related legal matters to join our legal team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and experience working with construction-related issues, including divorce, child custody, property division, and related disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Representation:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and property division.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on construction-related family law issues, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

2. Case Management:
- Manage a diverse caseload, from initial consultation through to resolution.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits related to family law and construction issues.

3. Negotiation and Mediation:
- Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to settle disputes amicably and effectively.
- Facilitate mediation sessions between parties to resolve family law disputes related to construction property and assets.

4. Client Interaction:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and legal strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns.

5. Legal Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure informed legal advice.
- Stay updated on changes in family law and construction law to provide clients with current and accurate information.

6. Court Appearances:
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
- Prepare witnesses and evidence for court appearances.

7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure effective case management.
- Collaborate with construction experts and professionals as needed to support client cases.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Valid license to practice law in the UAE.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law, with a focus on construction-related issues.
- Strong understanding of local family law and construction regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
