Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in Al Ain, specializing in family law matters within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, and related issues, while also having an appreciation for the unique legal challenges faced by families in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including but not limited to divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, child support negotiations, and prenuptial agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure that clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding their cases.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests and striving for favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, including corporate attorneys, to address family law issues that may arise in the context of manufacturing employment and benefits.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the nuances of family law as it pertains to the manufacturing sector, including any relevant labor laws and employee benefits that may impact family law cases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the legal process.
- Stay updated on changes in family law and related legislation, participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years (and up to 8 years) of experience practicing family law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in handling complex family law cases, particularly those involving issues related to the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in court and during settlement discussions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
