We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a farm management role and be passionate about the financial services industry. The Farm Manager Assistant will work closely with the Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm and ensure that all financial services are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Farm Manager in planning and implementing farm activities, including crop production, livestock management, and maintenance of farm infrastructure
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the farm, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement financial strategies to improve farm productivity and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the financial services industry
- Supervise farm staff and provide training and support as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all farm activities, financial transactions, and inventory

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, finance, or a related field
